This place reveres meat, and Bistecca Fiorentina in particular. Unfortunately, there was only one waitperson on duty, but she did an amazing job. She had to do service, plate clearance, course changes, coffees and wine orders, and we saw her also cutting up the very large joints for service as slices as well. A true heroine of the dish, was her skill in combining these tasks and getting everything out, if not on time, then in a very consumable sequence.And the Bistecca was just divine.Very limited vegetarian options.
